<p>A super cool watch. This is a breathtakingly beautiful Ulysse Nardin El Toro GMT. This watch packs a lot of punch and I love all the complications. It’s been a busy week for me and I’m so excited to bring this Ulysse Nardin with me. Now let me tell you how to buy this great timepiece.</p>
<p>It’s not your daily quotient, this watch packs a ton of useful features, all wrapped up in 43mm and encased in platinum. The perpetual calendar is a lovely complication, with a silver dial with skeletonized hands and index hour markers. It has small seconds sub-dial and +/- GMT functions. Platinum gives the watch some weight and reminds that this watch is special. I was also impressed by the combination of precious metals and the sporty style of the watch, very striking.</p>
<p>Ulysse Nardin releases Black Toro</p>
<p>This watch features a black dial, ceramic bezel and rose gold accents. Like the brand’s other perpetual calendar watches, the Black Toro has the same movement as its 1996 Perpetual Ludwig perpetual calendar, which was created by Ludwig Oechslin. This model allows all calendar displays to be adjusted back and forth on a single crown, avoiding returning the watch to the manufacturer in the event of a wrong setting. Unlike the standard lever system, this timepiece has a perpetual calendar mechanism driven by wheels and gears.</p>
<p>The movement of this earlier model is now available in Black Toro in 18n karat rose gold combined with a black dial and ceramic bezel.</p>
<p>The Black Toro is water resistant to 100 meters and has a power reserve of approximately 48 hours. The caseback of the watch is made of sapphire crystal, and the wristband is available in leather or rubber.</p>
