The chief executive of the firm specializes in sustainable building and architectural history. His expertise is shared to all the team members who take pride in architectural composition with their vast knowledge in architectural styles and green building. Victor Alinio founded the company in 2013 after being an Associate Architect at Palafox Associates in Manila, one of the biggest and advanced practices in the Philippines. Aside from being a Licensed Architect, Mr. Alinio is also a Licensed BERDE Professional and is a member of the Philippine Green Building Council and the United Architects of the Philippines Makati CBD Chapter based in Manila.

A graduate of Saint Louis University School of Architecture in 2015, Architect Manabat excels in production, design, and finance management. She was an AIT (Architect in Training) since January 2014. Projects ranging from simple renovations to complex design management challenges have been handled by her with her leadership and communication skills; she is also a well-rounded photographer, visualization artist, and singer. As a young Architect who passed the Board Examinations in June of 2017, she now manages the human resources, design, and production arm of the firm. Jam, as she is commonly known has maintained an enormous database of skills throughout her practise.

Nico R. Suratos finished Bachelor of Science in Architecture at Saint Louis University in 2016. Even before graduating, he already worked as a draftsman at JQS Builders, a design and build firm in Bayambang, Pangasinan. During his employment at JQS Builders, he acquired knowledge in various computer aided drafting and design software such as AutoCad, Google Sketch Up, Vray, Lumion, and 3D Max which are in demand in Architectural planning today. He witnessed and has knowledge of construction when he worked on site on several projects. One of the projects that he have done when he was a student, along with his classmates, is the scale model of the master development of Pugad that is now located at Pugo La Union. He is currently collaborating and coordinating with expert firms for he is capable of doing multiple projects at once with his expertise on BIM. Nico Suratos is hardworking, competitive and aspiring learner who works well with others.

Pauline has been an AIT (Architect in Training) since 2014 during her student years, when she excelled in class, consistently being part of the Dean’s List. She has an innate and high taste especially in Graphic Design, Literature, and Photography, such skillsets exemplify her in the Architecture discipline. Her interests include set and production design and stage directing. She graduated “Cum Laude” from Saint Louis University in 2017.

The firm’s Finance Executive is an avid reader of World Literature that includes prose, and poetry. A certified traveler, she has earned a huge bank of experience from around the world. Jona has also been AIT (Architect in Training) since 2015 while in school, where her activeness in production activities earned her dynamism in the design realm. She graduated from Saint Louis University, which awarded her a Loyalty Medal in 2017.

Through the relatively short journey he has been on with regards to becoming an architect, he found that in this profession, one must always consider the ones around us, which is something he lives by day by day. A person must make decisions based on how it may affect others more that how it may affect ones’ self, which also applies in architecture. The priority must be the clients’ satisfaction over and self-satisfaction one may attain. And as he continues his journey under the tutorage of this architectural firm, he will continue to live by this ideology while ensuring that he improves his skills, not only Architecturally, but also as a person.

Raised in Pensacola City, Florida, Jonathan moved to the Philippines for his Architectural Degree. Prior to this, he has earned a vast experience in werstern construction, which he endeavors to develop more to meet tropical region expectations. While in school, he learned of the practise of V&CAS and its philosophies and decided to join the office. He is an avid Fitness aficionado and also a certified Cross-Fit trainer.

Ian is a degree holder in architecture at Saint Louis University. Pursuing a professional literate course that will enhance his nature sense in forming a perfect habitat, he develops his focus and accuracy skills. He is inspired by the Chilean architect Alejandro Aravena, and a Filipino architect Francisco ‘Bobby’ Mañosa, who is noted for Filipino inspired architecture. He is enthused into music and arts believing that having a sound mind and body is a healthy practice and will generally help cognitive and conceptual skill development. He sees strength and graceful shapes in martial arts and observes accuracy, speed and harmony in musical instruments and video games. He has been through good and bad times in life so far and knew the calling of facing a great responsibility. He believes life is a lifelong learning, full of objectives and goals, full of dreams and wonders that all
starts in the mind and in the heart which are God given.

Mario has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry both in the Philippines and overseas. One of the oldest and yet most-treasured assets of the office was a general foreman who has been exposed to any kind of construction project one can name of. He has also been part of V&CAS since 2015.

Architect Quinto was an AIT (Architect in Training) of V&CAS from 2014 through 2016. Upon her transfer to the United States, she still affects the office as an ambassador and consultant. She also garnered experience in Manila as an Architectural Apprentice. Jonah has an exemplary communication and management skills. Project Coordination and procurement are amongst her salient skills.
