A romantic setting of tropical gardens awaits you on this 30-acre estate.

Sweeping views of both the rugged Atlantic Ocean where guests are encouraged to catch seafood for their evening meal and secluded long beaches with calm turquoise waters on the Sea of Abaco. Tip of Tilloo is perched on the most southern tip of Tilloo Cay and from the highest point, picture perfect views surround the gazebo while relaxing in one of the many hammocks. Sip your fresh morning brew watching the sunrise over the vast Atlantic or gaze across the sea during sunset.

Tip of Tilloo is a new (2001) island style hideaway with an executive taste providing privacy with its design. Adjoined by the veranda are two separate houses each having a well-equipped kitchen,great room with a dining area and a comfortable place to read that long overdue book. One house offers two bedrooms and the other has one bedroom.

A large gazebo on top of the hill with hammocks offers breath taking views overlooking the Atlantic and the blow hole is a must to see!

As you approach this area, while cruising in your boat, you’ll come across jetting white sandbanks with an abundance of marine life. This well kept secret of the Abaco Chain is located only six miles north of Cherokee Sound or six miles south of Marsh Harbour. The clear Turquoise Sea of Abaco allows for easy viewing of some of the largest Sea Stars and Sand Dollars you have ever seen. Please don’t remove them, as they are a special part of our best-kept secret. Tilloo Cay a private island offering their guests a true out island experience.

Tilloo Cay is located within five minutes in your boat to a wonderful National Sea Park, /”Sandy Cay Reef and Pelican Cays Land and Sea Park/” This unique 2000 acre land and sea park contains beautiful underwater caves, extensive coral reefs and abounds with terrestrial plant and animal life.

How To Get Here

Fly into Marsh Harbor, the Abacos. We will be happy to pick you up at Boat Harbor Marina. However, we strongly suggest you rent a boat at the time of arrival for easy of transporting luggage and provisions. We are approximately 20-25 mins away.

The National Sea Park is a very interesting Eco-tourism area with an abundance of underwater coral life including plenty of Elk Horn coral. The sea life is fantastic including spotter rays, giant sea turtles and grouper, plant life, bird life, and provides a nesting area for many of the birds. Sandy Cay almost cuts in two, about half way on this Cay during high tide.
