The founder of this revolution is Keith “Uncle K.E.M.” I am an artist who has been trying to get my music heard since 2013 but was not able to get any attention from radio stations of any sorts. Then I found out that radio stations are owned by a hand full of people who make and control the destiny of their artist. I would get fake offers from the internet claiming to play and promote my music in a foreign country if I would send them my music, sign a form with no mention of compensation. They wanted me to give my music to them for free. Let them earn a living while I live off likes and other positive ratings.

So I went searching and hoping for a break then while looking for a way to get my music heard I started, reading about how the copyrights of the artist were basically being taken away and placed in the hands of streaming services and other entities with what seems like the aid of the government. While the artist is pad next to nothing: do to loopholes in the copyright laws so I started trying to figure ways around these loopholes, and came up with the redhead.

Redhead is a revolution in the way the music industry has hijacked the music artist and now they hold all the cards. Until now Redhead wants to put control back in the hands of the creators. Let them decide how and who should reap the benefits from their labor of love. Let the members of redhead be the overwhelming wave that washes the industry clean and fit for the truly talented. I Keith “Uncle K.E.M.” calls for a revolution against the status quo. Join redhead and let your music be heard.

What redhead offers you the independent artist: are you control your music and you decide who gets to use it and how they use it.
