6. If that person isn’t able to Administer your Will or Trust, who else would you pick?
7. How do you want to divide your property or direct trustee?
8. Do you want a power of attorney and/ or physician’s directive?

Many contracts, such as the contract to buy a home, state to have an attorney review. There are many other documents that should be interpreted and explained to you by someone you trust.
