Renters Assistance
- Effective December 2014, banks could not evict before 90 days, the rule has recently changed to 30 days maximum.
- Search to determine if your landlord is in foreclosure and illegally collecting rent.
- It is recommended that you conduct this search every month.
- The membership fee is $100 and includes ownership research.
- Once a month you will be charged $30.00, to receive an updated report.
- A monthly service charge of $30.00, thereafter.
Post Foreclosure Overage Assistance
- In many instances, the foreclosed person is due overage.
- Simply consider the following:
- the house is worth $100,000.00, and the lender loans $70,000.00 and takes the house back and sells it for $100,000.00,
- there is an overage of $30,000.00, that the borrower can lay claim to.
- Spend $55.00, to determine if you have any funds.
