Linkage Web Development is a web development & marketing company in Angeles City, Pampanga. We are seeking the assistance of an experienced billing agent, and we will hire the right candidates immediately.

What we are looking for:

➡️ Billing Agent with at least 2-3 years of prior experience (at a call center or home based job)
➡️ Someone that is comfortable over the phone as you will be making phone calls to our clients reminding them of overdue payments, getting permission to bill clients and working out arrangements. You will be speaking with our US customers.
➡️ Must have experience making payment arrangements with clients
➡️ Candidate must be punctual!
➡️ Computer literate. You will be using our internal system to log in client statuses.
➡️ Night Shift job
