We are hiring phone support representatives for our Angeles City office. Linkage Web Development is a web development and marketing agency. The majority of our clients are based in the United States, so this candidate needs to have an excellent command of English, be an engaging person and likable.

What we’re looking for:

➡️ 2-3 years previous experience as a support agent (inbound calls)
➡️ Between the ages of 22-35
➡️ A big plus if you’ve worked for a web development company in the past
➡️ Loves to speak to new people and a good listener
➡️ Computer literate (you will be doing a lot of typing).
➡️ Great attitude (obviously)
