I worked with Kevin and DFW Shed and Fence Company to build a custom insulated shed for us as a walk-in cold storage unit on my small farm, and was extremely happy with my experience. I just bought a house and it had a shed but no door at all. Tuff Shed wouldn’t sell me a door because my shed wasn’t a Tuff Shed. Home Depot and Lowes didn’t have what I needed so I called Kevin, and he came out on a Saturday evening, from all the way across D/FW (he finished at another customer’s location in Plano, then came to Central Arlington) to measure the door. He gave me a product list, and called his shop to have the door custom made for me by Monday, because rain was expected later in the week. I was out of town on Monday, but the installer came, did the work, took the check from the shed, and even left a courtesy note for me.

Throughout the process, Kevin was prompt, knowledgeable, on top of his work and follow-up, and extremely flexible in accepting payment and documentation.

I opted for a single 4ft wide x 6ft high single door ($249) instead of the french doors ($379). The door is a steel frame with exterior material to match my shed color. The door was installed with a deadbolt lock and locking door knob. He says if I ever want to buy a new shed, he’ll move the door to the next one.

This guy is nails – give him a look.

We are very happy and completely satisfied with the new garage and fence built by DFW Shed Co. Kevin was great to work with, very professional and knowledgable. We had some challenges with a shorter than average driveway, a narrow alley and less than ideal placement by the city of our utility meter. Kevin and his crew came up with solutions to accommodate these issues resulting in a finished product that looks great and works really well with the existing property lay-out.
The crew arrived as scheduled and all work was competed within the quoted time and price. We couldn’t be more pleased and will definitely be recommending DFW Shed Co to others.
