I have to say that the experience that I had with Kevin and DFW Shed Co. was top notch. We were in need of some additional storage at our home after moving from a home with a garage to one with a carport and Kevin came through! We bought a 12×8 lean-to shed and couldn’t be happier with our decision. I wish I had know about DFW Shed along time ago. I will continue to recommend them to anyone that I run across that is need of a shed. These units are extremely well constructed, durable, and built for the long haul unlike some of the others that I have seen. Thanks for the great work, Kevin and for taking care of my family member on his shed as well.

I don’t think we would have ever gotten our recreation room built but for Kevin’s diligence in working with the City of Dallas (and their ever changing building codes!). Kevin also has good people working with him and under him. Antonio was our concrete guy who poured the large slab. What a hard worker he was! Leo was in charge of the actual building of the room and he was every bit as hard working as Antonio. Kevin, Antonio and Leo were all easy going and easy to work with. Kevin doesn’t nickel and dime you either. When it turned out we needed an additional permit Kevin was willing to eat the $380 cost himself (we didn’t let him… but it was surely nice that he offered). About the only thing Kevin is not all that good at is advertising the fine quality of his work! He is too humble. We had someone knowledgeable with construction come out after it was built and the man was very impressed with what he saw. Kevin goes above and beyond what is expected, and he does not cut corners but uses quality materials. Really glad we found Kevin and his team, and could not be happier with the outcome of the work. You know the saying, “you get what you pay for?” That is not true with Kevin. With Kevin you get MORE than you pay for! We are happy customers.

We had a shed built a few months ago — VERY pleased. Kevin responded quickly to our requests, answered all our questions and had the shed built with very little wait time. We paid to have his crew paint and caulk it as well. Very professional crew and they did an outstanding job building our shed and cleaning up after. We highly recommend DFW Shed.

I spoke to Kevin about building a 1320 Sq.Ft. shell building for a home in May this year. He took the responsibility to arrange for slab and building the house I wanted within a very short period time. He has arrange to finish the building including inside framing. All the while he kept in constant contact and answered questions, I frequently asked him. He is professional in his approach to all the work and he did a great job of building this home. I highly recommend him.

I just had a 7×10 lean to shed built. It might have been good timing, but it was exactly 1 week from my first contact until the shed was complete. The shed is of high quality and everyone was great to work with. I knew exactly what I wanted and they did not use high pressure sales tactics to push me into a more expensive shed.
