We found DFW Shed Co. as a result of a Google search while shopping online for custom built-on-site sheds. We had a unique space that was going to require more customization than we felt we could get from the national retailers. We contacted DFW Shed Company and asked for a bid for the job.

Kevin replied to us quickly, and after discussing the details and our needs over the phone, he made an appointment to come out and review the site and take some measurements. He arrived on time, looked over our site, made measurements and some suggestions. He was very professional in his approach and said he would get back to us with a bid.

The bid arrived later that day and it was in line with other bids we had received, but with the local touch. We decided to move forward.

Our shed was built as scheduled, on time, on budget, and we are very happy with the level of construction, the materials, and the attention to detail. It fit our space, met our requirements, and was very competitive on price.

DFW Shed Company has a thorough website with the options and prices laid out so you can make decisions that fit your needs and budget. The owner, Kevin is a very straight-forward and personable guy and he has friendly english speaking crew leaders on his jobs as well. I did my research and chose DFW Shed Company and I am very happy. I was attracted to the LP Siding & metal frame which comes already primer painted. The C-Channel grid foundation was pre-welded and the door frame was welded together on site. The first thing to go on a typical wood frame shed is the door hinges where they are screwed into the wood frame. Over time the hinge screws keep working loose. With this shed, the hinges are welded onto the metal door frame and then the frame is screwed into the wood studs at several points. Much more durable! To save some money we are going to chalk and paint the shed ourselves. It rained last night and not one leak, even before I was able to chalk the seams. Thank you DFW Shed Company!

I am so happy I decided to go with DFW Shed instead of Tuff Shed. From the first phone call to the follow up phone call after the build, it has been an absolute pleasure to work with Kevin and his team. I was referred to DFW Shed Company by another happy customer. Before I contacted Kevin, I researched a lot of other shed companies. I found many other companies cut corners like using inexpensive siding, 1×3 studs, and studs on 24″ center. So I was pleasantly surprised when Kevin came to the house and he began talking about using better siding, 1×4 studs, and studs on 16″ center (like a real house). He also listened to exactly what I wanted and needed from a shed. Even with the upgraded features, Kevin’s price was extremely competitive. Well that was over 6 years ago and I still so very pleased with the final product.
