Live Nation is back and it has announced the return of its Country Megaticket. The annual concert features some of country’s biggest stars.

The Country Megaticket is famous for allowing country music fans to pick their seats in a specific area in their local amphitheater. They can also use their passes to get into any of the announced country talents that will perform in their venue.

Brian O’Connell, the president of Live Nation Country, gave an interview to Billboard expressing the sentiments on why Live Nation is providing this grand event to country music fans everywhere:

“It is essentially a country music season ticket for the fan. They don’t have to sit there and worry about which Friday an act is going on sale.
We give them the opportunity to sit where ever they want. There are packages available right down front where you get the same seats every show. Country fans are fiercely loyal. They want to go to as many shows, especially outdoor ones, as they can. It only made sense to me to give them the opportunity to go in one fell swoop. It is tribal. Country music is all about community. The artists all band together. A country music fan gets an incredible opportunity to see roughly three acts per show. It is a lot of music. ”

There are roughly around 30 amphitheaters that will serve as venues for these acts. Fans will be able to watch their favorites from the front row or the lawn, depending on their choice. And for the first time this year, fans can also choose to reserve lawn seats for their megaticket.

It would depend on the local amphitheater, but fans might get up to eight shows with each pass that they buy. And apart from the hottest stars, the event also features up and coming country artists who have already started to have their names buzzing.

Tickets will be on the market starting the 25th of January.
