It is really a bummer when you love two artists so much that you would like to see them together but because of their respective labels, they became two separate hearts that cannot sing together. Ironically, Kid Rock and Sheryl Crow’s ‘Picture’ almost tells the same story of heartbreaks and being placed apart in one world.

In 2002, Kid Rock released ‘Picture’ in his album ‘Cocky,’ but it was first released as a single featuring Allison Moorer. This happened after Atlantic Record, which was Sheryl Crow’s single during that time, refused to give permission to have the song released as a single with Crow as a featured artist.

However, radio stations were really stubborn as hell. Way back then, we remember that radio stations opted to play the Rock-Crow version instead of Rock-Moorer. This resulted in Billboard crediting both Sheryl Crow and Allison Moorer for the said song as it was also a commercial success during that time.

Well, we love Allison Moorer but this song belongs to Sheryl Crow and Kid Rock.
