I booked Ace shuttle for both my departure and arrival from Logan Airport to Chelmsford, Ma. When booking the woman I spoke with was very knowledgeable in regards how early I should be to the airport to be sure I was not stressed. The driver was early and patiently waited for us. The driver assured we were comfortable with temperature in the vehicle as well as radio station etc.
