Bleaching could whiten your teeth, removing the appearance of coffee, tea and tobacco stains or improving the color of yellowing teeth. Home bleaching requires an initial visit to take impressions of your teeth so that the clear plastic custom tray can be formed. The custom tray holds a gel that usually whitens your teeth over a 2 to 6 week period. You can wear it overnight or more often as you wish to speed the process.
