Scope | This 73,000 SF project is a restoration and renovation of the historic Masonic Temple in Glendale, CA. This building has been abandoned for decades and has been a local architectural gem for the city of Glendale since it was built in 1928. The 5th through 8th floors have been leased to CBRE as the anchor tenants of the building. Tenant Improvements were provided in the lobby and 5th-8th floors. The basement and 1st floor will be leased out for retail and restaurant use. The building is registered with the City of Glendale Historic Resources.
