When I booked for the reservation for my son's party, I booked for 20 kids In which I had to put down 100 dollars($5 per kid),on top of the $225 groupon purchase I was told I would not be charged for players that were not in attendance I only had 12 kids to show up and they still charged me for the other 8 kids that did show for the party I tried calling the manager and left 2 messages, trying to get a clarification on why I was charged for kids that were not there, and no one has called me back My son enjoyed himsef, but the Groupon is very misleading, especially when you are charged a deposit and only receive a portion of it back for kids that were not there
